Flourish By Design LLC respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Website, how we use and disclose it, the choices available to you, and how to contact us.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through flourishbydesignliving.com and related Website forms, subscriptions, digital-product pages, and communications that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Website”). “Flourish by Design™,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Flourish By Design LLC. “You” means a Website visitor, subscriber, prospective client, customer, or other person whose information we process.
Separate platforms used for coaching, scheduling, payment, videoconferencing, community participation, or digital delivery may collect information under their own privacy policies. Information collected in an established coaching relationship may also be governed by a separate coaching agreement, informed consent, or platform notice.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide directly
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, organization, role or title, inquiry type, message content, newsletter preferences, information needed to respond to a speaking or service inquiry, purchase and transaction details, and other information you choose to provide.
Coaching and well-being information
The public Website is not intended for confidential health information, clinical records, emergency communications, or detailed sensitive personal information. If you become a coaching client, reflections, assessments, goals, scheduling information, and coaching communications should be provided only through the designated secure coaching platform or another method we authorize—not through ordinary Website contact or newsletter forms.
Payment information
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We may receive transaction details such as your name, billing contact information, product or service purchased, amount, payment status, and transaction identifier. We generally do not receive or store complete payment-card numbers when a third party processes the payment.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Website, our hosting, security, analytics, or technology providers may automatically collect Internet Protocol address, browser and device type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP address, referring pages, pages viewed, links clicked, dates and times, session duration, error or diagnostic data, and similar usage information.
Information from third parties
We may receive information from service providers and platforms you use to interact with us, such as scheduling, coaching, email, payment, videoconferencing, digital-delivery, website-hosting, analytics, and social-media services, consistent with your settings and their privacy policies.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
The Website and its providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to operate and secure the Website, remember preferences, understand Website use, measure communications, diagnose problems, and improve performance. Some technologies are session-based and expire when you close your browser; others may remain longer.
You can adjust browser settings to block or delete cookies. Blocking certain technologies may affect Website functionality. Where required by applicable law, we will seek consent before using non-essential cookies or similar technologies. Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not interpreted uniformly across the industry, and the Website may not respond to every such signal.
4. How we use personal information
We may use personal information to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Website; respond to questions and requests; schedule discovery conversations; provide requested products, services, publications, or downloads; administer purchases and transactions; manage coaching or service relationships; send administrative messages; deliver the Flourish by Design™ Weekly and other communications you request; personalize and evaluate Website experiences; understand engagement and usage trends; protect against fraud, misuse, and security threats; comply with legal obligations; establish or defend legal claims; and carry out another purpose disclosed when information is collected or authorized by you.
We may send marketing or educational email only as permitted by law. You may unsubscribe using the link in an email or by contacting us. Even after you opt out of marketing, we may send non-promotional messages concerning an active transaction, service, account, legal notice, or security matter.
5. How we disclose personal information
We may disclose personal information to vendors and service providers that support Website hosting, security, analytics, email and newsletter delivery, contact management, scheduling, coaching operations, payment processing, videoconferencing, digital-product delivery, professional advising, and related business functions. These providers may use information only as permitted by their agreements and applicable law.
We may also disclose information: at your direction or with your consent; to comply with law, subpoena, court order, or lawful government request; to protect rights, safety, security, and property; to investigate fraud or unlawful activity; to establish or defend legal claims; or in connection with an actual or proposed merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate protections.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any choices required by applicable law.
6. Coaching confidentiality and its limits
Flourish by Design™ will use reasonable care to protect information shared by a coaching client and will not intentionally disclose it except as permitted by the applicable Coaching Services Agreement, authorized by the client, or required or reasonably necessary under applicable law. Coaching information may be disclosed when Flourish by Design™ reasonably believes disclosure is necessary to address an imminent risk of serious harm, suspected abuse or neglect that must be reported, a valid court order or legal process, or the defense of a legal claim.
Flourish by Design™ may use service providers for scheduling, payment, videoconferencing, email, document storage, or business operations. Those providers may process limited information needed to deliver their services. Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed for ordinary email, text messaging, video platforms, or other electronic communications. Coaching clients should not send highly sensitive information through unsecured channels.
Flourish by Design™ will not sell confidential coaching information. Any use of a client’s name, image, story, testimonial, or identifiable coaching experience for marketing, teaching, publication, or research requires separate written authorization. Authorization may be declined without affecting services.
7. Testimonials, stories, and public content
We will not publish your name, likeness, testimonial, identifiable coaching story, or other personal submission for promotional purposes without permission or another lawful basis. If you voluntarily interact with us on a public social-media page or community, the information you post may be visible and redistributed by others. Public third-party platforms are governed by their own policies.
8. Records and data retention
Flourish By Design LLC may maintain business and coaching records reasonably necessary to provide services, document transactions, comply with law, and operate the practice. These records will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy, the applicable Coaching Services Agreement, and applicable law.
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing services, maintaining business and transaction records, fulfilling legal, tax, accounting, insurance, and professional obligations, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, protecting security, and maintaining appropriate records of consent and communications.
Retention periods vary by the nature of the information, the relationship, applicable agreements, legal requirements, and operational need. When information is no longer needed, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to technical limitations and lawful retention requirements.
9. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No Internet transmission, email, website, or electronic-storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use the designated secure platform for confidential coaching information and avoid sending sensitive information through ordinary Website forms or email.
10. Your privacy choices and requests
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information; to withdraw consent; to object to or restrict certain processing; or to appeal a decision regarding a privacy request. You may also unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.
To make a request, email info@flourishbydesignliving.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” Describe your request and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant records. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Certain information may be exempt from a request or retained when permitted or required by law.
11. Children’s privacy
The Website and its offerings are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from a child under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the Website, contact us so we can evaluate and, when appropriate, delete it.
12. Third-party websites and services
The Website may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services. We do not control their privacy, security, accessibility, or data practices. Review the privacy policy of each third party before providing information. A link does not necessarily mean that Flourish by Design™ endorses the third party.

Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
